Terms & Conditions

We take pride in ensuring your vehicles look as good as they possible can. In return, we ask that you respect our terms of business and members of staff.


Working Conditions
We are not obligated to provide you with transport when taking out a package, this will be your responsibility to provide your own transport to & from the premises. We do offer vehicle collection & drop-off services at an additional cost than we can happily quote for.
Prior to any work that is completed to your vehicle, Rose Prestige Detailing will ensure a full vehicle check is completed, to ensure any marks or damage to the vehicles Exterior & Interior is noted and we are informed by the customer prior to any work being carried out to the vehicle.
All work is carried out unit based and in the safest was possible. As advertised, all services are to be completed at the designated address provided to you, Rose Prestige detailing does not currently offer any type of mobile work unless agreed by company owner Rosie Saunders.


Treatment of Staff
Every member of our staff has the right to decline & cancel bookings if subject to any of the following behaviour:
•    Rude, disrespectful or offensive behaviour, including derogatory remarks and disruptive acts amounting to verbal and emotional abuse.
•    Sexually inappropriate comments or behaviour.
•    Racist or discriminatory abuse.
•    Aggressive and violent behaviour.
•    Drug or alcohol use either at our venue or before arrival.


Valeting & Detailing Packages
When taking out any valeting or detailing package, a deposit will be taken to finalise your booking. 
Upon inspection of the vehicle, if it is to be heavily dirty (I.e. If you have any sick, sand, mould, large seat or carpet staining, or excessive pet hair) than previously described, additional charges may be applied if further time is required to clean the vehicle.


Deposits & Changes to your booking
All secure bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received by Rose Prestige Detailing. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to package and level of work required. You will be advised of the deposit amount when we provide you with a quote for the works. Rose Prestige Detailing cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If Rose Prestige Detailing has to rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of your original booking date where possible. If not, your deposit will be refunded in full.


Exclusion of liability
Rose Prestige Detailing cannot accept any responsibility for any mechanical or electrical fault that may occur during the valeting or detailing process. Rose Prestige Detailing is not responsible for checking that baby seats or booster seats are correctly installed prior to use by customer. The is the full responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Rose Prestige Detailing cannot accept liability for the damaged body work or damage to the interior of your vehicle which has not been brought to our attention upon drop off of your vehicle.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Rose Prestige Detailing will hold the information shown on the invoice for sales of service as Data Controllers. This information may be passed to other carefully selected third party organizations. The Company, or they, may contact the Customer by email, telephone or letter to inform the Customer of products or services which may be of interest to the Customer, or the Customer may be asked to participate in a Customer survey by either the Company, the vehicle manufacturer or third party. If the Customer does not want their information to be used in this way the Customer should notify the Company by writing to the Dealer Principal at the Company address. All the agreements between the Company and the Customer are personal to the Customer. The Customer may not assign his rights or liabilities to any third party by any means.
